This policy explains what information Rare Finder ("we", "us") collects through getrarefinder.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Waitlist information: your email address and, if you choose to answer, which marketplaces you use, your main use case, and whether you'd use our API or MCP server.
- Website analytics: aggregated, cookie-free statistics such as page views, referring sites and country, provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics. These do not identify you personally.
- Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to reply to you.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access, launch updates and the founding member offer.
- To understand which features and marketplaces matter most, so we can shape the product.
- To keep the website secure and working well.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
We process waitlist data based on your consent when you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will stop using your data for that purpose.
Who processes your data
We use trusted service providers to host the website, collect waitlist responses and send email. They process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. Some providers may store data outside your country, including outside Türkiye or the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until the launch period ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@getrarefinder.com. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy as Rare Finder grows. We'll post changes on this page and update the date above.
